The Stilled Soul

How the soul spins up when the circumstances are unfair!  After this happened with Habakkuk, he was taken into the Lord's confidence and was privileged to hear a wisdom that mankind would not believe.  This caused his soul to react even more strongly.  But then something happened: he saw the Lord, and everything changed within him even though his circumstances did not.  What is this wisdom?  And how are we to come into alignment with the Lord?
